INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS

  • Oral Presentations

Computers are NOT provided for your presentation. You must bring or arrange for your own computer with HDMI video exit.

If you plan to attend without your computer, please contact us: . cqlmns@sciencesconf.org

The time allocated to plenary lectures is 35 minutes with 10 additional minutes for questions.

The time allocated to invited lectures is 25 minutes with 5 additional minutes for questions.

The time allocated to standard lectures is 15 minutes with 5 additional minutes for questions.

The time allocated to commercial presentations is 10 minutes.

  •  Poster Presentations

Poster can be set up on Monday from 10h and removed on Tuesday at 16h30. Magnets will be provided to fix the posters.

Presenters must remain at their poster during the Tuesday afternoon poster session.

Topics

The aim of the workshop is to gather researchers, engineers and students interested in the local characterization, at the macro- and nano-scales, of the lithium element in various solid environments interesting mining, geology, glasses, batteries, ...

The main topic that will be discussed, through invited and contribution talks as well as posters, include:

- in situ characterization

- operando characterization

- electron microprobe

- electron microscopy

- metallurgy of lithium metal

- x-ray spectroscopies (emission, absorption, fluorescence, ...)

- electron spectroscopies (photoemission, EELS, Auger, ...)

- ion beam analysis

- laser induced breakdown spectroscopy

- gitology of lithium

- quantitative analysis

- lithium alloys

- confinement glasses

- fundamental parameters for the Li K spectral range

- ...

 

Schedule

 The workshop will take place over two days, on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 June 2023.

 

Registration fees

Registration fees are 200€ for the two days workshop.

For students registration fees are 100€.

Fees have increased the 1st of June. They are now be 300€ and 150€, respectively.
