Since 1985 LIM has been recognized internationally as a specialist in instrumentation and measurement, whether during or after drilling. From the beginning, technological innovation has been an integral part of the LIM group's DNA.LIM SAS with its partner ABLATOM, specialist in LIBS (Laser-Indiced Breakdown Spectroscopy) solutions is currently developping a new optical core scanner using the LIBS technology. The idea is to be able to analyse in real time while scanning spectra of the chemical elements of the cores. The lithium spectrum is one of the priority element detected. LIM SAS will introduce the prototype of this new core scanner.
Ablatom manufactures advanced Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) instruments. Our systems enable surface chemical characterization and real-time process monitoring. Serving applications in laboratory research and industry. Our expertise lies in designing, engineering, and producing unique analytical tools to solve evolving scientific challenges.
NOB Nano Optics Berlin GmbH is specialized in optics for soft x-rays. We offer custom made reflection zone plates on flat or curved substrates which reflect, focus and disperse radiation from 30 - 1000 eV for a wide range of spectrometers. The efficiencies are up to 25% and the energy resolution power, E/delta E, up to 3000. Additionally we offer a wavelength dispersive spectrometer as an add-on to scanning electron microscopes with an energy resolution of 0.3 eV at the Fermi edge of Al at 72 eV.
